Unfollower Finder helps you safely identify who unfollowed you or never followed you back on Instagram, without scraping data, logging into your account, or violating Instagram’s Terms of Service.
We provide a safe alternative to apps that require password access or break Instagram’s rules.

License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
Subscriptions & Billing
Title: Unfollower Finder Pro – Yearly Access
Length: 1 year (auto‑renewing).
Price: USD $39.99 per year (price will be converted to your local currency at purchase).
Free Trial: 3‑day free trial. Your Apple ID will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Auto‑Renewal: Subscription renews automatically unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage / Cancel: Open Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your device to cancel or modify your plan at any time.
Payment Processing: Payments for iOS purchases are handled by Apple; web purchases are processed securely through Stripe.
Refunds: No refunds for unused portions of the subscription term, except where required by law.
User Responsibilities
By using Unfollower Finder, you agree not to:
Violate any laws or third-party rights, including Instagram’s terms or privacy policies
Upload or transmit data you do not have legal rights to share
Reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or tamper with any part of the Service
Use the Service for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and Instagram’s policies.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your data or account without liability.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unfollower Finder and its affiliates, owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or use, arising from:
Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
Any third-party content or behavior
Any inaccuracies or interruptions in Instagram data
Unauthorized access to or use of your account
Any bugs, outages, errors, or security breaches
Any changes made by Instagram that affect the functionality, accuracy, or usability of the Service
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding your claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unfollower Finder, its officers, directors, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising out of:
Your use or misuse of the Service
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
Modification or Discontinuation of Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature within it) at any time, without notice or liability. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Service after any changes means you agree to the revised Terms.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by law.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve any disputes with us through binding arbitration, not in court. You also waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions. This section does not apply to claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law.
